This repository provides supplementary figures, tables, and custom scripts for an integrative analysis of age-associated multi-omic changes across cancers using TCGA data. The study characterizes how older patients exhibit more genomic instability, somatic copy number alterations, and mutations, with global age-related transcriptomic changes associated with DNA methylation changes.
