About
This repository contains machine learning-derived models to predict age and lifespan from frailty assessment in mice. The FRIGHT (Frailty Inferred Geriatric Health Timeline) age model predicts chronological age, while the AFRAID (Analysis of Frailty and Death) score predicts time to death using the 31-parameter murine frailty index from Whitehead et al. 2014.
