methylCIPHER is a comprehensive R package that enables users to easily calculate a wide variety of CpG epigenetic clocks from a single local source, eliminating the need to send protected or restricted data to external portals. The package includes clocks for chronological age prediction (Horvath, Hannum, Zhang), biological age and mortality (PhenoAge, DunedinPoAm), cancer risk (EpiTOC, EpiTOC2), gestational age, and trait predictors for alcohol, BMI, and smoking.
