Open Genes is the frontend application for a comprehensive database of 2,402 human genes associated with aging and longevity, manually curated from over 1,700 publications. The web application provides an interface to explore genes classified into 6 types of studies with 12 criteria, ranked by evidence level, covering human, mouse, and model organism data.
